A strict 'No Smoking' policy operates for guests staying at the property.

Pets are not permitted at the cottage.

We endeavour to respond to your request within a few hours and reservations are only secured on our written confirmation.

Bookings are secured by payment of a deposit of 40% of the rental and receipt of a completed Guest Registration Form.

The balance and a £100 refundable security deposit are due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.

We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover you in case of cancellation.
